Preschool Educative Programs

We offer an Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Preschool program in a Long Day Care setting and we recognise the early learning years as a critical period in a child's development. Each child with have an individual program devised specifically for them. All areas of their development which is inclusive of language, social emotional and physical will be included. The program will be guided by your child's interests and abilities and be supportive of their right to learn through spontaneous and guided play. Intertwined throughout the program will be supports to help with citizenship development like having a good team spirit and being OK with getting out now and then.

Small Group Approach

Small group approach is a morning activity where children split into small working groups to experience new learning in a variety of topics like drama, carpentry, music (with correct notation), marbles and story sequencing. All experiences are supportive with literacy and numeracy in a fun and motivated manner.

School Readiness

University trained teachers together with experienced educators will work closely in partnership with you throughout the year in guiding learning outcomes for your child in preparation for their school readiness. We link with support services for any supports a child needs including eyesight check, referral for language, or with school inclusion with relevant authorities. At years end we provide a learning Portfolio booklet describing your child's learning throughout the year which previous parents have proudly shown their family and new education service like schools.
